I can't view the pdf
You will need Adobe Acrobat ® Reader plugin installed to view PDF documents which is free for download on the adobe website.

I can't open the zip file
The Excel (xml) files are compressed. In order to open them you will need decompression software such as WinRar. You can download this from www.win-rar.com/download.html

The writing in the pdf is too small
When you view a pdf document you should see a box at the top of your screen which controls the viewing size. The default value is 100%. We recommend that you change this value to 200%, or whichever suits you.

I can't find what I'm looking for
The catalogues are sorted alphabetically by artist of numerically by record number. However if you are having trouble finding things this way both Acrobat and Excel have their own search facilities.
To search a pdf document all you need to do is look at the top of the screen for a binocular symbol with the word 'search' next to it. Click this and a search box will open on the righthand side of the screen.
To search an Excel document you need to select 'Edit' and 'Find' which will open a search box.

I can't print
There are two ways of printing. The first is to right click on the link to the printer friendly version of the document you want and select 'print target'. The second it to left click on the printer friendly version. When the document opens with acrobat viewer select the symbol of the printer at the top of that page, or use 'file' and 'print'.
